Friday A Three Hour Tour

Take a leisurely trip on some of our favorite roads! We'll have the latest departure of the morning, and head south toward our eventual destination of Helen, GA. We'll cruise down Georgia 348 (also known as Richard B. Russell Scenic Highway), and stop at Dukes Creek Falls. Weather permitting, we'll walk to the first observation deck, snap some pictures and return to the cars to complete the last few miles into Helen. In Helen, we'll grab some lunch and then head to Apline Extreme Speed for go-karting. Then, we'll load back up and head north on Georgia 75. Our final stop will be at Bell Mountain in Hiawassee. Once again, we'll snap a picture or two, and then head back to the resort. 

This "3 hour tour" will likely be closer to 3 hours and 59 minutes, and a total of 79 miles. Although this is a scenic drive, we are driving on some fun, curvy roads.
