Thursday

• Check-in: 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm Cedar Knob (main floor)
• Raffle and Silent Auction open: 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm Cedar Knob
• QDM Orientation: 4:00 pm - Trackrock Amphitheater
• Afternoon Dinner Drives: 5:45 pm and later
  
• Local exploring for early arrivers

Friday

• Check-in: 7:00 to 7:55 am - Cedar Knob
• Last Minute Gas Run: 6:00 to 7:30 am (Or, get gas the night before instead)
• Drivers Meeting - 8:00 am - 8:15 am Trackrock Amphitheater *Mandatory*
  • Morning Live Raffle
• Drives: staging and departing 8:45 to 11:00 am
• Check-in: 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm - Cedar Knob
• Raffle and Silent Auction open: 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm - Cedar Knob
• Cookout: 6:00 pm - Sunset Pavilion (golf cart shuttle available)

Saturday

• Check-in: 7:00 to 7:30 am - Cedar Knob
• Gas Run: 6:00 to 7:00 am (Seriously, just get gas the night before)
• All Hands Drivers Meeting: 8:15 am - Trackrock *Mandatory*
• Drives: staging and departing 8:45 to 11:00 am
• Check-in: Cedar Knob
• Banquet:
• Happy Hour: 6:00 - 7:00 - Conference Center Hallway
• Dinner Banquet Buffet Opens: 6:45 pm - Ballroom / Conference Center
• Dinner Banquet: 7:00 - 7:45 pm
• Live Auction: 7:45 pm
• Raffle and Auction Closes: 8:30 pm
• Raffle and Auction Collection: 9:00 pm
• Dance the night away: 9:30 pm
