Dinner at La Prades

For this year’s QDM I figured we kick things off with a nice casual curvy drive to La Prade’s Chophouse in Clarkesville on beautiful Lake Burton.

We will leave the Unicoi Lodge heading towards Helen on 356 west and 75N. From there the fun will begin when entering 348 W over the mountain. We will stay on for about 14 miles before making a right onto 180. After about 8 miles we make a left onto 75 north and shortly after a right turn onto 76 E. We will continue for 13 miles before making a right on 197 S. From there its only a few more minutes until reaching Lake Burton and our destination on the left.

After a delicious a la carte dinner we are taking the straight shot back to Unicoi Lodge. Continuing south on 197 for about 6 miles then onto 356 west for another 10 minutes.
